The average household size is 1.83 and the average family size is 2.80.
According to a 2007 estimate, the median income for a household in the city is $71,796, and the median income for a family is $100,657.[12] Males have a median income of $55,689 versus $42,948 for females. The per capita income for the city is $42,874. 10.4% of the population and 5.4% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total population, 9.9% of those under the age of 18 and 10.2% of those 65 and older are living below the poverty line.
