I am a very strong negotiator and have sold homes from Sacramento to San Jose. I am very experienced with REO's/forclosures and receive list of notices of defaults. I have sold homes in Richmond, San Pablo, San Bruno, San Carlos, Daly City, Oakland, Hayward, Walnut Creek, Sacramento, Redwood city, Pacifica, Timber Cove, South San Francisco and San Francisco, as well as other Bay Area cities.
