CURRENT STATUS:As a licensed Real Estate Broker, I have been a REALTOR® since 1990. Realty World has more than 400 offices in Northern California. I work with my Partner, Tom Binder.

I work predominantly with residential clients, commercial properties and 1031 exchanges.
CAREER QUALIFICATIONS: I have been self employed since 1975 when I opened my accounting practice and income tax preparation service: Accounting by Dawn.
In my continuing quest for education, I have earned my
GRI, (Graduate REALTORS® Institute)
CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist)
SRES, (SENIORS Real Estate Specialist) designations.
Less than 5% of all REALTORS® hold the CRS designation.
I also completed the LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) through the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and my e-PRO Designation for proficiency in Internet work.
I am also an Accredited Staging® Professional™ with the designation of ASP. I love to help clients prepare their home for selling. I work extensively with many clients through emails and the Internet.
In November of 2005 I completed the intense program of study for the CIPS, (Certified International Property Specialist), designation. I now hold the CIPS and TRC, (Transnational Referral Certification), designations also.
